The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and qualified leads for GOUNICREW. Daily responsibilities include managing social media marketing activities, overseeing lead generation initiatives, tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance data, and coordinating with design, content, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves developing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, preparing performance reports, and staying updated on industry trends and tools. * Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy development. * Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing for campaign planning, content promotion, and audience engagement. * Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including funnel optimization and performance tracking. * Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics for monitoring traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI. * Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial. * Ability to interpret data, create clear reports, and make data\-driven decisions is required. * Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred. * Previous experience in a digital marketing or growth\-focused role, ideally in tech or agency environments, is advantageous.
