Your New Role: In your role as the Systems and Operations Analyst you will sit within an established and supportive team, and support leaders across the optimisation and continuous improvement of people systems. Your duties will include: Your Main Duties: * Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise platforms including Dayforce, SuccessFactors, and Acorn. * Build automated workflows and streamline P\&C service requests via ticketing system. * Maintain accurate employee records, run regular data audits, and deliver insightful HR dashboards using Excel. * Coordinate end\-to\-end onboarding, offboarding, contractor management, and payroll compliance documentation. * Manage HRIS vendor relationships, handle technical escalations, and collaborate with IT on system integration's. * Provide responsive technical troubleshooting, manage user access permissions, and create clear training guides. * Strong work flexibility, 3 days work from home * Central Sydney location * Internal growth, development and career progression * Supportive and collaborative culture * Health and wellbeing initiatives If this Systems Analyst role sounds like the role for you, press APPLY NOW, or, send your CV to Rlloyd@hrpartners.com.au Work Location: Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia Availability: Full time
