Requirements
SAP HCM, ABAP & SuccessFactors technical consultant with in-depth knowledge/implementation experience in SAP HCM, ABAP programming, India Payroll processes in SAP/3rd party applications and a proven track record in implementing and supporting SF Solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators

SAP HCM

• Design, configure and implement of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll and Time Management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for HCM processes.

• Should have ability to design, configure, and support SAP Payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs. Ability to resolve the payroll and time issues.

• Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes related to payroll and implement necessary updates.

SAP ABAP & integration:

• To design, develop and/or enhance ABAP programs or suggest other technical solutions to meet custom requirements for SAP HCM (OM, PA, PT and PY modules), SAP SF modules integrations with SAP.

• Understand the current processes, technical framework and bridge the gaps wherever required

• Perform ABAP programming tasks such as report development, troubleshooting, data migration and interface related enhancements.

• Design and implement integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors to ensure seamless data flow.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration/data replication issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed.

• Offer ongoing support and address system-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance

SAP SuccessFactors:

• End-to-end implementation tracks for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession planning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning management and People Analytics.

• Configure SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and best practices

Adherence to Timelines & Targets

Resolution of Production issues

Training, Documentation and Support:

• To train end-users on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionalities.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, custom developments, and system processes.

• Create and update user manuals, training materials, and best practice guides.

Adherence to meeting necessary compliance and effective reporting

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

 MBA is optional

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

 Proven experience (min. 12 years) working as an SAP HCM technical Consultant with vast expertise in ABAP programming and India Payroll processes.

 Extensive experience (min. 5 years) in the implementation and support of SuccessFactors modules.

 Strong understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration points.

 SAP ABAP, SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
