xperience : 810 years of experience in SAPSuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration andadministration

Role and Desired Skill set:

Identify and troubleshoot payroll processingissues ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery

Maintain strong understanding of relevant tax andcompliance regulations

Provide training andsupport to endusers on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralPayroll system

Collaborate with the clients HRteam to optimize payroll processes and workflows

Strong understanding of payroll concepts calculations anddeductions

Experience with data migration andintegration processes.

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.

Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.

SAPSuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (CHCMPAY andCHRHPC) is a plus.

Experience working on AMS aswell New implementation environment is preferred Location OnsiteGurgaon
