Your Role And Responsibilities As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Talent Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include * Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation \& Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS. * Conduct Requirements Analysis: Conduct requirements analysis to understand client business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management. * Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization. * Stay Up\-to\-Date with New Features: Stay current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules to maintain expertise and deliver high\-quality solutions. * Troubleshoot and Implement: Troubleshoot and implement key Talent Management modules to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience * Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules beyond the core set, including advanced features and functionalities. * Talent Management Solution Optimization: Experience in optimizing HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management to improve business outcomes and strategic initiatives. * Advanced Talent Management Module Knowledge: Experience with advanced configurations and implementations of key Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning.
