Your Role and Responsibilities:. As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience. You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, utilizing your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:. Design and Implement Solutions: Develop tailored solutions to address clients'' business needs by understanding their unique challenges and leveraging Salesforce''s extensive offerings. Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption. Deliver Client-Facing Support: Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption. Apply Methodologies: Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
