Senior Engagement Manager

Salesforce is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager in Gurugram to lead end-to-end Professional Services pre-sales engagements centered on Agentforce, the company's AI orchestration and LLM-driven agent platform. You will architect Agentforce-led solutions that span multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, and Data Cloud, translating complex client requirements into coherent, deliverable proposals. Ownership of effort estimation and formal proposal creation through the SPW process sits at the heart of this role, alongside running executive-level workshops that shape client-facing solution narratives. This is a senior, client-facing position requiring deep familiarity with multi-cloud architecture patterns and the emerging AI agent orchestration capabilities Salesforce is bringing to market.

This role requires strong pre-sales and solution architecture experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including hands-on familiarity with Agentforce, AI orchestration concepts, and large language model integration patterns. Candidates must be comfortable owning proposal writing and effort estimation through structured SPW processes, alongside multi-cloud solution design spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, and Data Cloud. A Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is required, reflecting the technical depth expected at this level. Strong executive presence is essential, since the role involves leading client workshops and shaping high-stakes engagement narratives directly with senior stakeholders.
