Job Title: Order Mangement Specialist Company: Weld North Education (now Imagine Learning) Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Order Management Specialist As an Order Management Specialist, you will support accurate and timely order processing across Finance Operations. You will work in real time with U.S.-based Sales, Order Services, Accounts Receivable, Project Coordinators, and customers to review orders, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate account information, and support smooth order-to-cash workflows. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to: * Enter and process customer orders accurately in accordance with documented procedures * Review quotes and purchase orders and identify discrepancies before orders advance * Coordinate the resolution of order, pricing, account, renewal, billing, and fulfilment issues * Maintain accurate customer account and renewal information * Document order-review notes, case references, resolutions, and hand-off details clearly * Support timely movement of orders through acceptance, invoicing, and revenue-related workflows * Collaborate with Sales, Order Services, Project Coordinators, Accounts Receivable, and customers * Follow established internal controls and manage multiple time-sensitive order tasks * Order processing and transaction accuracy * Discrepancy identification and resolution * Process discipline and documentation * Stakeholder and customer communication * Organisation and time management * Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Collaboration and responsiveness Reporting to: Order Services Manager Work timings (IST): 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (This role supports US business hours and therefore requires working night shifts) As a leading provider of digital-first K–12 curriculum solutions, at Imagine Learning we are committed to creating learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include: * Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered * 1-2 years of experience in order management, accounts receivable support, billing operations, finance operations, shared services, data entry, or customer/account administration * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes accurately and consistently * Strong written and verbal English communication skills * Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook * Ability and ongoing commitment to work a full shift aligned with U.S. business hours * Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or another ERP/CRM system is preferred Key Skills Required: Compensation: Compensation for this role is competitive and aligned with local market benchmarks in India.
