Senior Implementation Engineer I

Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer I Company: Cleo (India) SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Implementation Engineer I Department: Professional Services Reports To: Tech Manager Our platform, Cleo Integration Cloud, brings together integration, workflow automation, real-time monitoring, and Agentic AI intelligence so supply chain, operations, and IT teams can launch partners faster, automate transactions across business systems, resolve exceptions before they become disruptions, and gain actionable insight across the end-to-end supply chain. * Understand customer requirements and propose solutions by SA. * Own end-to-end EDI and integration implementations for enterprise customers. * Configure integrations, support UAT, and build expertise toward Solution Architect roles. * Configure EDI, API, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN). * Build, test, and troubleshoot business processes, ERP integrations, and data mappings. * Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth and security controls. * Support customer workshops, UAT, and issue resolution. * Apply performance, security, and implementation best practices.
