Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant :Pune/B'nglre/Hyderabad (c2H) Company: Sigma Allied Services SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years 8 to 12 years of Oracle HCM Functional consulting experience. Experience delivering at least 4 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. Strong expertise in a minimum of three of the following Oracle HCM modules like Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, Dynamic Skills. Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and business process analysis. Expertise in fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and post-production support. Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management functions. Experience working with global HR transformation and digital HR initiatives. Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, approval workflows, and business process configuration. Understanding of Oracle HCM reporting and analytics capabilities.
