Position's Main Objective:. to drive the achievement of HR objectives through the timely and effective delivery of assigned functions and projects across Administration, Employee Relations, and Training & Development. Duty Description:. Lead and supervise Administration Team, ensuring daily activities are executed efficiently and to a high standard. Take full ownership of manpower supply operations, coordinating with external suppliers and the operations team to meet workforce demands. Manage disciplinary actions and resolve employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law across all HR practices and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters. Partner with department heads to streamline communication and resolve workforce issues that impact operational efficiency. Act as the key liaison between employees and Cluster HR, fostering a culture of positivity, accountability, and trust This is a great opportunity to build a career in the SAP HCM domain. Requirements:. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Administration. Skills:. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Languages: Arabic (native), English (proficient). In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and proven compliance expertise.
