Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Core HR, Payroll, ORC Company: Clover Infotech SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. * Conduct business workshops and gather client requirements. * Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules. * Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. * Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, jobs, grades, and workforce structures. * Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll processing, costing, and statutory requirements. * Configure recruitment lifecycle including requisitions, candidate experience, offer management, and onboarding processes. * Support data migration activities and validate migrated data. * Perform SIT, UAT testing and support defect resolution. * Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions. * Provide production support and recommend process improvements. * Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities as required. * Strong client-facing and consulting experience. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. * Experience in global implementation projects preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Work Location: Pune(Baner), India Availability: Full time
