• Having experience inCore HR, Absence management, OTL, security,Talent management and oracle learn Modules.
• Oracle HCM Cloud skills - HCM Extract, BI Publisher OTBI Reports, data loading tools (HDL, PBL).
• Should have worked in2 or more Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects as a Technical consultant.
• Run Design workshops for Enterprise Structures, Work Structures, Workflows, Security, personalization. Han ds on experience on each of these areas.
