Module Lead

ATAIN is hiring a Module Lead on a hybrid basis across India to guide and mentor its Salesforce development team while providing strategic technical direction across ongoing client engagements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business priorities into achievable delivery plans, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality Salesforce solutions on schedule. Deep expertise across Salesforce development, administration, and broader cloud services is expected, given ATAIN's multi-cloud technology footprint spanning AWS and Azure. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes supports modern DevOps practices, alongside Jenkins-based CI/CD pipeline management. Exposure to Angular, C#, and JavaScript rounds out the technical breadth expected, balancing hands-on contribution with active mentoring across the wider team.

This role requires 2-7 years of experience spanning Salesforce development and administration, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience guiding a technical team. Strong cloud services knowledge across AWS or Azure is essential, alongside familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices including Jenkins-based CI/CD. Working knowledge of Angular, C#, and JavaScript is valuable given ATAIN's broader technology stack beyond pure Salesforce work. Candidates should demonstrate strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to provide clear strategic direction, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across a hybrid, distributed team environment.
