Marketing Account Manager

Job Title: Marketing Account Manager Company: REU Media Solutions (P) Ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Reu Ads is looking for a Marketing Account Manager with broad knowledge of digital marketing and excellent communication skills to manage client relationships, develop marketing strategies, and coordinate execution across internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long\-term relationships. * Understand each client’s business, goals, target audience, and marketing requirements. * Develop marketing strategies and actionable plans aligned with client objectives. * Discuss strategies with the performance marketing, SEO, website, graphic design, and social media management teams and coordinate execution. * Turn client requirements into clear briefs, deliverables, priorities, and timelines. * Review deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and agreed quality standards. * Monitor progress across teams and ensure timely delivery. * Conduct regular client meetings to discuss results, gather feedback, and agree on next steps. * Explain marketing performance and recommendations clearly to clients. * Take responsibility for client retention by monitoring satisfaction, identifying potential issues early, and coordinating timely solutions. * Manage expectations, resolve concerns, and maintain clear communication throughout the relationship. * Maintain accurate records of client discussions, approvals, commitments, and action items. * Experience in digital marketing account management, client servicing, or a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency. * Strong knowledge across digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, content marketing, websites, and analytics. * Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical marketing strategies. * Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. * Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage several client accounts effectively. * Confidence in interpreting marketing reports and explaining results in business terms. * Strong organisational, problem\-solving, and conflict\-resolution skills. * A proactive approach, attention to detail, and ownership of commitments.
