In this role, you will research, build, and deploy innovative AI\-native solutions to create measurable business value. You will work closely with data scientists, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to employ AI technology into scalable solutions. The Value You Deliver * As a Data Scientist, you will leverage Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Generative AI, and Deep Learning to build AI\-native solutions that drive business value. * Apply customer\-centric thinking to solve complex business problems through innovative, data\-driven approaches. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing while developing scalable, production\-ready AI solutions. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify opportunities and accelerate AI adoption across the organization. The Skills That Are Key To This Role Technical / Behavioral * Hands\-on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions. * Strong understanding of the end\-to\-end predictive modeling lifecycle, including EDA, feature engineering, model development, validation, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring. * Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using tools/frameworks such as Streamlit. * Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Experience designing and orchestrating agentic AI workflows and applications. * Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM application development. * Ability to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. The Skills that are Good To Have for this role * Experience fine\-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and building Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. * Familiarity with Vector Databases, Embedding Models, and Transformer architectures. * Experience with the LangChain ecosystem (LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith) or equivalent for building and operating AI agent solutions. * Experience designing evaluation frameworks (Evals) for LLM and agentic AI systems. * Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI solutions. * Exposure to Responsible AI, model observability, and governance practices.
