Data \& AI Programme Manager (VP) ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking an experienced and execution\-focused Data \& AI Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group. This role will drive end\-to\-end management of complex, cross\-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management, governance frameworks, operating model transformation and business value realisation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead large\-scale Data \& AI transformation programmes across multiple business and technology domains. * Establish programme governance, delivery plans, success metrics and executive reporting. * Drive implementation of AI, data governance, data products and enterprise data initiatives. * Manage programme risks, dependencies, budgets and resource planning. * Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations. * Drive change management, adoption and benefits realisation. Manage vendors, implementation partners and external stakeholders. Work Location: Singapore, S00, Singapore Availability: Full time

REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines. * 10\+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields. * Experience leading enterprise\-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred. * Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. * PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
