Data Scientist

The AI Scientist will build innovative machine learning solutions to solve complex and high-impact business problems. The role involves developing machine learning algorithms and intelligent systems to extract insights from structured, unstructured, and multimodal data including text, images, and behavioral signals. The scientist will design, build, and optimize scalable Recommendation Systems, develop models for personalization, semantic search, information retrieval, and Learning-to-Rank applications, and design scalable real-time machine learning solutions capable of processing large-scale datasets. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team.

PhD/MTech/BTech from Tier 1 campus with 1-2 years experience in production-scale Recommendation Systems. Strong fundamentals in ML, DL, NLP, Information Retrieval, and AI. Experience with semantic search, LTR, embeddings, vector search. Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow. B.Sc or B.Tech/B.E. with M.Tech or MCA. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
