Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will develop and implement AI and machine learning models using SQL, Python, and PowerBI in a hybrid work environment. The role requires expertise in PowerBI, DAX, AI and Machine Learning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shift timing from 11:30 AM to 8 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

Min 5 years experience as Data Scientist with expertise in SQL, Python, PowerBI, DAX, AI and Machine Learning. Data Engineer is not eligible. Good communication skills, comfortable with hybrid mode. B.Tech/B.E. qualification. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
