The IT Digital and Data Services Competence Center of ContiTech caters to all the Business Areas in ContiTech and responsible among other on areas of Data & Analytics, Web and Mobile Software Development and AI Job Description * Lead and steer the global learning strategy, partnering with business leaders across all regions to identify capability gaps and translate organizational objectives into comprehensive, scalable learning initiatives * Design and implement learning programs that address performance gaps, utilizing both traditional and digital modalities aligned with global organizational standards * Identify, evaluate, and select optimal learning vendors and technology partners through competitive beauty contests and rigorous procurement processes to ensure best-in-class solutions * Conduct data-driven analysis of learning metrics and program effectiveness to measure ROI and recommend improvements across global operations * Manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, including system administration, process optimization, and tool chain enhancements across all locations * Evaluate and integrate AI technologies to bridge legacy systems with current infrastructure tools while maintaining global consistency * Monitor industry trends and emerging learning technologies to recommend innovative solutions that support the global learning strategy * Support talent management and succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and designing targeted development programs with global reach * Collaborate with Systems Governance, Haryana IT, and global locations to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational strategy and regional requirements * 1 year of experience combining technology implementation with business capability development * Proven track record designing and delivering learning programs that drive measurable business impact * Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret learning metrics and present insights to senior leadership * Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms * Experience integrating legacy systems using AI tools, with strong understanding of AI ethics * Excellent project management capabilities, managing multiple initiatives in matrix environments * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Copilot, and Haryana information systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global regions * Intercultural saviness * Change Management and Organizational Development * Stakeholder Management and Influencing Skills * Facilitation, Communication and Presentation Skills * Project and Program Management * Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving * Collaboration in global and cross-functional environments * Strong analytical and execution capabilities Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
