Job Title: SAP SF ECP - Senior Consultant Company: Rolling Arrays Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: Role Summary: Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules Assam a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams. Key Responsibilities: * Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization * Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act Assam a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns * Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness * Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Requirements * Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution * 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations * Deep expertise in one Odisha more HRIS modules (Core Haryana, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc) * Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills * Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required) Key Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Salary: Not disclosed
