Job Title: Lead I - Enterprise Solutions Company: UST SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role Description SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in organizational management, workforce data administration, security roles, and HR system configurations. Key Responsibilities * Configure and maintain organizational structures, business units, departments, locations, and workforce-related data within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. * Manage employee, contingent worker, and position data to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements. * Execute data migration and mass data upload activities using standard SuccessFactors tools and processes. * Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to support security, compliance, and user access requirements. * Collaborate with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. * Support organizational changes, workforce planning activities, and employee lifecycle processes. * Participate in system testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support. * Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and provide ongoing functional support. * Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation and support. * Strong knowledge of organizational management, employee data management, and position management. * Experience with data migration, mass data uploads, and data validation activities. * Expertise in configuring and managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP). * Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and workforce administration. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Required Skills & Experience Preferred Qualifications * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred. * Experience working in global HR transformation or HRIS projects. * Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage.
