The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR business processes, system configuration, integrations, and stakeholder management. Job Description : Key Responsibilities : · Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. · Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, and employee data management processes. · Support SAP SuccessFactors integrations with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications. · Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support. · Coordinate with HR teams, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. · Support data migration, system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities. · 0-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, or support. · Work on modules such as Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, or Succession Planning. · Gather business requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and translate them into functional solutions. · Experience with data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
