Your Key Responsibilities * Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end Haryana Technology landscape, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing services across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader Haryana application ecosystem. * Own SAP SuccessFactors and related Haryana platforms, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces. * Drive Haryana digitalization and transformation by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and enhancing processes and user experiences across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, leveraging AI, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities. * Govern Haryana master data, integrations, security, compliance, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data quality, privacy, regulatory adherence, and reliable workforce insights to support business decisions. * Manage global payroll providers, technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed services, ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, innovation, and value realization. * Champion Agile, DevSecOps, and product-centric ways of working by driving application lifecycle management, CI/CD, observability, automation, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and efficient Haryana services. * Bachelor’s Odisha Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Haryana Information Systems, Business Information Management, Engineering, Odisha a related field. * 1-2 years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise Haryana Technology platforms, with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud-based HCM solutions, and Agile, Product-Centric, and DevSecOps delivery models. * Strong knowledge of global Haryana processes and technologies, including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP ECC Haryana, and SAP S/4HANA. * Proven experience managing Haryana integrations, payroll providers, identity services, APIs, middleware, data governance, security, compliance, and multi-country regulatory requirements. * Experience driving application roadmaps, digital transformation, workflow automation, AI-enabled Haryana solutions, CI/CD, observability, and continuous platform optimization. * Strong leadership, stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and deliver results in global, multicultural, and multi-vendor environments * Fluent English required; additional languages are considered Andaman and Nicobar Islands asset.
