Job Title: IT Application Delivery Lead, Finance Transformation Company: Income Insurance Limited SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION * Lead the team in maintaining stable BAU operations and delivering high-quality outcomes. * Develop best-fit, end-to-end solutions that address Finance business needs. * Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and effective engagement. * Oversee Finance initiative delivery, ensuring timely completion through close collaboration with IT stakeholders. * Design, build, and deploy solutions, including SAP-based ERP and generative AI solutions. * Lead solution analysis and design in close collaboration with vendors and teams responsible for applications that interface with Finance systems. * Ensure solution stabilisation after implementation and drive continuous improvement. * Drive team performance and productivity through effective operating practices, automation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
