WFS Time Consultant

Immediate Joiners Only. WFS Time Consultant. Summary:. Seeking a Workforce Software Consultant with 3-7 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Workforce Software solutions. The consultant will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate workforce management requirements into scalable system solutions across areas such as time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and employee data. Key Responsibilities:. WFS Certification in Configuration / Integration Specialist and above is desirable. 3-7 years experience as a techno functional consultant in Time & Attendance system with Workforce Software. Working with SQL, Java scripts along with WFM softwares such as WorkForce Software. PT102/ PT103 certification is preferable. Candidates with experience on WorkForce Software products (Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Analytics). Configuration of policy, Profile baseline, pay codes and pay code mapping, accruals, premiums and transactions policies, basic scheduling and roles. Experience in one or more of the following areas is added advantage: Consulting experience, Workforce Analytics and Interfaces. Strong analytical/problem-solving ability. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in teams and interact across all levels. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Demonstrated experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services is preferred. Time & attendance. Configuration and business rules within WorkForce Software. Integrations with HRIS/payroll systems. Advanced Excel — essential. SQL — highly valuable. Power BI / Tableau — good to have. Data validation and reconciliation. Data mapping. ETL/integration concepts. APIs and file-based integrations. Troubleshooting data/interface issues. Requirements gathering. Process mapping. Gap analysis. User stories and functional specifications. UAT/test-case creation and defect management. Root-cause analysis. Stakeholder management. Configuring the platform based on business requirements and testing new configurations. Troubleshooting production issues and analyzing employee/timekeeping data. Supporting system upgrades and coordinating with HR, Payroll and ITWorking with vendors.
