Key Responsibilities. Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee files and HR databases. Manage attendance, leave, and employee information. Coordinate employee transfers, renewals, and related government procedures. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records. Support payroll and employee benefits coordination. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies. Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters. Required Software & Platforms. Qiwa – Employment contracts, employee services & HR procedures. Muqeem – Iqama and employee residency services. GOSI – Social insurance and employee records. Mudad – Payroll and wage protection services. Absher Business – Government employee services. Microsoft Excel – HR reports, employee records & tracking. Microsoft Word & Outlook – Documentation and communication. Requirements. Previous experience as an HR Specialist / HR Officer in Saudi Arabia. Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures. Experience with Saudi government HR platforms is highly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Good command of English.
