We are looking for an experienced HR ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support global HR ERP implementation and transformation initiatives. SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Work with global HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. * Translate HR business requirements into effective ERP functional and technical solutions. * Participate in global HR ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts. * Contribute to workshops, requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. * Work closely with functional, technical, integration, data, and project teams across geographies. * Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for standardization and improvement. * Support data migration, integrations, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live activities. * Act as a bridge between HR business teams and technical/IT teams.
