Key Responsibilities. Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). Gather business requirements and translate them into effective PMGM solutions. Manage goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and related processes. Support integrations and data flows with other SuccessFactors modules. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and releases. Required Skills. 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Strong expertise in SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management). Good understanding of performance management and goal-setting processes. Experience in PMGM configuration, customization, and support. Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data migration.
