Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager Company: VC InMotions Pvt Ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Graphic Designer \& Social Media Manager Key Responsibilities * Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Create and schedule social media posts, reels, and promotional content. * Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). * Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools. * Assist with SEO activities, keyword research, and content optimization. * Generate leads through online marketing channels. * Prepare monthly performance reports and marketing insights. * Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. * Create visual content for digital marketing campaigns. * Edit images and videos for social media and marketing purposes. * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. * Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaign designs. · Professional growth and skill development opportunities. · Supportive and creative work environment. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field. * 3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW (preferred) \& basic motion graphics * Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut. * Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media management. * Strong creativity, communication, and time\-management skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Content writing and copywriting skills. * Photography and videography experience. * Experience managing business social media accounts. * Knowledge of email marketing tools.
