Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: Wachsen International Pvt Ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients. * Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and ROI. * Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns. * Execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, creative testing, and retargeting. * Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize results. * Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. * Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance. * Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness. * Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients. * Support SEO, social media marketing, and other digital marketing activities when required. Requirements * Proven hands\-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency. * Strong practical expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory. * Experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis. * Good understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other performance metrics. * Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking. * Ability to independently handle multiple client campaigns. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing funnels.
