We are looking for someone who can independently manage digital marketing activities from strategy and content planning to photography, video production, graphic design, SEO optimization, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve Google rankings, organic traffic, and qualified leads. * Conduct keyword research targeting interior fit\-out, office fit\-out, villa renovation, commercial interiors, and interior design services in Dubai and the UAE. * Perform technical SEO, on\-page SEO, off\-page SEO, and local SEO. * Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, URLs, internal links, and landing pages. * Conduct website SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, page speed, mobile usability, and structured data issues. * Optimize Google Business Profile and improve local search visibility. * Develop ethical backlink\-building strategies and monitor competitors. * Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools. * Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and lead\-generation performance. * Apply SEO best practices for AI\-powered search experiences and changing search trends. * Plan and conduct professional photography shoots for completed interior fit\-out projects, offices, villas, commercial spaces, and renovation projects. * Capture high\-quality interior photographs showcasing design details, materials, finishes, lighting, and workmanship. * Take before\-and\-after photographs of renovation and fit\-out projects. * Photograph project progress, site activities, company events, and team activities when required. * Understand lighting, composition, angles, framing, and color accuracy for interior photography. * Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software. * Organize and maintain a professional library of project photographs for website, portfolio, advertising, and social media use. * Coordinate with project managers to schedule site visits and obtain suitable project photography. * Shoot professional videos of completed fit\-out projects, interior spaces, renovation work, and ongoing projects. * Create walkthrough videos, project showcases, before\-and\-after videos, promotional videos, and company profile videos. * Produce engaging short\-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms. * Capture smooth interior walkthrough footage using suitable cameras, gimbals, and stabilization equipment. * Edit videos with professional transitions, color correction, sound, subtitles, text overlays, and branding. * Create promotional videos for office fit\-outs, retail spaces, restaurants, villas, and commercial interiors. * Develop video content that communicates project quality, design expertise, and company services. * Use AI\-assisted video editing and content creation tools where appropriate. * Optimize videos for different social media formats and website use. * Design professional marketing materials for digital and print use. * Create social media posts, banners, promotional graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, company profiles, and presentations. * Design project portfolio layouts, service graphics, marketing campaigns, and visual brand assets. * Create engaging before\-and\-after layouts and project showcase designs. * Develop branded templates for social media and digital advertising. * Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools. * Maintain consistent company branding, typography, colors, and visual identity. * Create graphics and creative assets for website landing pages and advertising campaigns. * Prepare marketing materials that showcase the company's interior fit\-out projects professionally. 6\. Social Media Management \& Content Marketing * Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. * Develop monthly content calendars covering project photography, videos, reels, graphics, and promotional campaigns. * Publish engaging content highlighting completed projects, ongoing work, company services, and design expertise. * Write professional captions, descriptions, headlines, and calls to action. * Research relevant hashtags, audience interests, content trends, and competitor strategies. * Respond to marketing inquiries and coordinate lead follow\-ups with the sales team. * Monitor reach, engagement, website visits, and leads generated through social media. * Ensure all published content follows the company's branding and quality standards. 7\. Google Ads \& Digital Lead Generation * Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified interior fit\-out inquiries. * Conduct keyword research and develop effective advertising copy and landing pages. * Create digital advertising creatives using photography, videos, and graphic design. * Monitor campaign budgets, conversions, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend. * Implement conversion tracking and evaluate campaign performance. * Support remarketing campaigns and other relevant paid digital marketing activities. * Identify opportunities to attract property owners, business owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients. 8\. Website Management \& Analytics * Manage and update the company website using WordPress or a similar content management system. * Upload and optimize project photographs, videos, service pages, and portfolio content. * Ensure images and videos are properly compressed, titled, and optimized for website performance and SEO. * Improve landing pages, user experience, website navigation, and conversion rates. * Monitor performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and related tools. * Prepare monthly reports covering SEO performance, website traffic, social media engagement, advertising, and qualified leads. * Analyze competitors and recommend improvements to the company's overall digital marketing strategy. * Growth in relevant organic website traffic and search visibility. * Improvement in target keyword rankings and local SEO performance. * Number and quality of marketing\-generated leads. * Website conversion rates and digital advertising efficiency. * Quality and consistency of photography, videos, graphics, and social media content. * Social media reach, engagement, and inquiries. * Timely delivery of marketing campaigns and project content. * Overall contribution to brand awareness and business development.
