This is a hybrid role based in our central London office, with an expectation of an average of three days per week in the office. We believe face\-to\-face collaboration is an important part of learning, problem\-solving and building strong relationships, while also recognising the value of flexibility and hybrid working. * Support the analysis of complex datasets to help clients understand performance, demand and operational challenges. * Contribute to the development of analytical models and decision\-support tools. * Help design and build data solutions, dashboards and visualisations. * Work with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into practical solutions. * Assist in preparing reports, presentations and recommendations for clients. * Participate in client meetings, workshops and project discussions. * Collaborate with specialists from across GHD, including consultants, engineers, scientists and digital professionals. Support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. * * A degree in a relevant discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Geography, Engineering, Physics or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex challenges in a structured way. * An interest in using data and technology to support decision\-making and solve real\-world problems. * The ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. * Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies. * A collaborative approach and an ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds and disciplines. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high\-quality work. * An interest in developing both technical expertise and consulting skills. * An enthusiasm for working with clients and understanding the challenges they face.
