Job Title: Global Payroll Specialist Location: Pune, IN Chennai, IN Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll team and support the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services across multiple countries. The role will involve managing employee and payroll data, processing payroll inputs, handling payroll\-related queries and cases, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local payroll requirements. Your Experience And Skills * 6\-8 years of progressive experience in payroll operations, with significant exposure to multiple EMEA and EU countries. * Hands\-on, in\-depth experience with SAP Payroll (SAP HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll). * Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills; fluent in English (additional EU languages an advantage). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
