This program gives you the flexibility to focus on Frontend, Backend, or Database Development, or explore multiple areas of the stack based on your interests and strengths. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain REST APIs using Python and FastAPI. * Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code. * Integrate frontend applications with backend services. * Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases. * Write efficient SQL queries and maintain data integrity. * Assist in database performance optimization and migrations. * Hands\-on experience working on live products. * Mentorship from experienced software engineers. * Exposure to modern software development practices. * Opportunity to specialize in Frontend, Backend, or Database Development. * Performance\-based Letter of Recommendation. * Opportunity to transition into a full\-time developer role based on performance. * First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month \+ Conveyance Allowance up to ₹1,500/month. * Months 4\-6: ₹7,500/month \+ Conveyance Allowance up to ₹1,500/month. * Post 6 Months: Opportunity to transition into a Full\-Time Full Stack Developer role with a salary of ₹12,500/month \+ ₹1,500/month Conveyance Allowance, based on performance.
