Job Title: Fenergo Lead-Senior Developer Company: Luxoft Job Category: Python Developer Roles & Responsibilities: This is a FENERGO Lead – Senior Dev position who can drive \& contribute to end\-to\-end design, development, deployment and maintenance of client onboarding and regulatory compliance solution built on FENERGO platform integrated with ORACLE and DevOps toolchain along with BNPP Interfaces, ORACLE database, data preparation, data integration and data warehousing solutions. ##### Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, configuration and implementation of Fenergo modules (KYC, AML, Client Lifecycle Management). Own the end‑to‑end delivery roadmap for solution design, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support. Drive incident management, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of the platform. Contributing Responsibilities: Support Oracle data‑model integration, ensuring seamless data flow between Fenergo and core banking/ERP systems. Mentor and coach junior developers and administrators on Fenergo, Oracle, and DevOps practices. Expertise in C\# Development Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) – schema design, PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and data replication (Golden Source, Streams). Familiarity with GDPR, AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks; ability to embed security controls (encryption, role‑based access, audit trails). Leadership: Inspires and guides cross‑functional teams; makes decisive technical choices while balancing risk and business value. Problem‑Solving: Analyzes problems systematically, identifies root causes, and implements robust, reusable solutions. Resilience: Handles high‑pressure incidents and tight deadlines while maintaining composure and focus on quality. Lead Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications. Must have 9‑12 years of hands‑on experience configuring, customizing and integrating Fenergo (KYC, AML, Client Lifecycle) in a banking environment; deep understanding of Fenergo APIs, workflow engine, and data model. Experience with REST/SOAP services, BPMN, ESB/MuleSoft, and event‑driven architectures for linking Fenergo to core banking, CRM, and third‑party data providers. Agile/Scrum experience; ability to produce technical artefacts (design docs, test plans, release notes). Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field Certifications: DevOps or Cloud certifications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS) Financial services domain experience Key Skills: Python, SQL, Docker Salary: Not disclosed
