URGENT HIRING EXECUTIVE SAP PP (S/4HANA). Position: Executive SAP PP. Job Location: Kinmarche, Kinshasa, DR Congo (DRC). Experience: 4 to 10 Years. Salary Max up to $1200, INR 1 L/MONTH 13 LPA based on experience. Industry: FMCG / Food Retail / Food Manufacturing / Manufacturing/any. Working Days: 6 Days per Week. Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day. JOB SUMMARY:. One of our clients, a leading Supermarket Chain in DR Congo, is looking for Executive SAP PP professionals with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP & QM. Candidates should have experience in Production Planning, MRP, Production/Process Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Batch Management, Quality Management and Plant Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP S/4HANA PP & QM. Manage production planning, MRP and capacity planning. Handle Production Orders, Process Orders, Backflushing and Confirmation. Manage SAP master data including BOM, Routing, Work Centers and Production Versions. Monitor GI/GR, material consumption and production variances. Analyze planned vs. actual consumption and support monthly food cost processes. Handle COGI monitoring and resolution. Prepare and monitor daily production and quality dashboards using SAP reports. Support QM module rollout and implementation activities. Configure/support QM processes including Inspection Lots, Inspection Plans, MIC, Usage Decision and Quality Notifications. Coordinate with MM, SD and FICO teams for cross-module integration. Work with ABAP/BASIS teams for functional specifications, testing and deployments. Participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, SAP rollouts, upgrades and continuous improvement projects. Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and process documentation. Support SAP audits and ensure compliance with internal processes. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS. SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP S4 HANA, Production Planning, MRP, Process Orders, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, Batch Management, Quality Management, COGI, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Food Retail. SAP PP / QM Certification will be an added advantage. Benefits:.
