Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: Incepbio pvt ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities · Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional activities. · Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement. · B2B \& B2C Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels. · Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of campaigns to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. · SEO \& Website Support: Assist with basic SEO activities, blog publishing, and WordPress website updates. · Performance Tracking: Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation results. · Marketing Coordination: Support branding initiatives, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities. · Understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies. · Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar tools Work Location: In person Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

· On\-Camera Presentation: Confidently speak and present on camera for reels, educational videos, product demonstrations, and marketing content. Required Skills \& Qualifications · Practical experience in shooting and editing reels and short\-form videos. · Must be confident and comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in promotional and educational videos. · Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Added Advantage: Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, or Healthcare industries is a plus.
