Digital Marketing Manager

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Company: MARS Recruitment Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: I'm partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of its digital marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead digital performance across paid media, SEO, eCommerce and marketplaces, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to drive customer acquisition, conversion and commercial growth. This is a role for someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands\-on. * Developing and executing digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion and ROI * Owning paid media performance across Google and Meta, managing agency partners, budgets and key metrics including ROAS, CPA and MER * Leading the ANZ SEO strategy across technical SEO, on\-page optimisation and content to drive organic growth * Driving digital growth across DTC, B2B and marketplace channels, including Amazon * Analysing campaign and website performance through GA4 and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities for improvement * Partnering with Marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid media, CRM, social and digital channels * Managing digital marketing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting * Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve website experience, conversion and customer engagement * 8\+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within retail, consumer brands or a digital agency * Strong experience across paid search, paid social, SEO and eCommerce * Proven ability to manage significant digital marketing budgets and deliver measurable commercial results * Hands\-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console and Klaviyo * Demonstrated success developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic growth * Experience across DTC, B2B or marketplace channels, with Amazon experience highly regarded * Strong understanding of full\-funnel marketing and performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, MER and conversion * Confidence managing agency relationships and influencing senior stakeholders * A commercial, data\-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands\-on execution Work Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Availability: Full time
