Managing and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns to generate leads and drive occupancy. * Turning data into decisions. Tracking KPIs, analysing performance and finding ways to improve results and maximise ROI. * Owning the digital mix. Supporting SEO, affiliate marketing, email campaigns, digital partnerships, and website optimisation. * Creating better online journeys. Improving landing pages, testing content, and calls to action, and supporting website SEO. * Mastering the inbox. Developing email campaigns to nurture prospects, promote events and engage existing students. * Working with the experts. Managing relationships with external digital agencies and collaborating with marketing, sales, and on\-site teams. * Staying ahead of the game. Monitoring competitors, spotting trends and identifying new opportunities to grow the business. * Making budgets count. Tracking spends, reporting on results and ensuring campaigns deliver value. Work Location: London Area, UK Availability: Full time

* At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing. * Experience in real estate, accommodation, hospitality, or retail would be a big plus. * Confident across PPC, paid social, SEO, and email marketing. * Comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and social scheduling tools. * Experience with CMS and CRM platforms is essential.
