Key Responsibilities * Manage hospital social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms. * Create engaging content, posters, reels, videos and promotional creatives. * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. * Handle social media promotions and paid advertisements. * Develop content for hospital services, consultant profiles, health awareness programmes and special events. * Coordinate with doctors and various departments to collect information for promotional activities. * Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance and generate reports. * Manage online branding and maintain a consistent hospital identity. * Support website updates, Google Business Profile and online reputation management. * Ensure all healthcare\-related content is accurate and approved before publication. * Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field. * Experience in social media management and digital marketing is preferred. * Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, video editing and content creation. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and social media analytics. * Good communication, creativity and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
