SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
Job Description
Sigma Allied Services is hiring a Custom Software Engineer in Chennai to design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions, with a particular focus on supporting merit, bonus, and variable pay cycles for client organizations. You will build and maintain compensation guidelines, budgets, and worksheets, along with the approval workflows that route compensation decisions through appropriate levels of organizational review. A distinctive part of this role involves using AI copilot tools to accelerate requirement analysis, testing, and documentation work, reflecting Sigma's investment in modern development practices. Integration work connecting Compensation with Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, and Employee Central Payroll rounds out the role, ensuring compensation decisions flow correctly into downstream payroll and performance systems.
Requirements
Candidates need 2-6 years of experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, with practical knowledge of merit cycles, bonus and variable pay guidelines, budgets, and worksheet configuration. Experience building approval workflows that route compensation decisions appropriately is essential. Comfort using AI copilot tools to support requirement analysis, testing, and documentation is expected, reflecting the modern development approach this role demands. Integration experience connecting Compensation with Employee Central, PMGM, and Employee Central Payroll is required, along with strong attention to detail given the sensitive, high-stakes nature of compensation data and calculations.
