Manage incident, problem, and change requests in a 24x7 SLA\-driven RISE environment. Monitor business\-critical transactions and system health to ensure high availability. Define and implement RISE governance framework, including roles \& responsibility alignment between customer and SAP ECS. Drive service request management, operational reviews, and capacity planning for RISE environments. Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI metrics, outage escalation processes, and performance reporting. Coordinate system provisioning, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management within RISE boundaries. Manage hybrid landscape (On\-Prem \+ RISE) operations, ensuring seamless integration and support model alignment. Oversee user administration, roles, and authorization governance within the RISE model. Support SSO, identity integration, and cloud security configurations.
