Consultant - Success Factors

This Consultant role at Yash Technologies involves providing initial support for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) on the Global Time Team Support team, with a future transition to SAP EC Time. You will focus on handling day-to-day support activities, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting end users with timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management processes. Your responsibilities include providing Level 1 support for UKG Pro WFM incidents and requests, monitoring and resolving tickets within SLAs, supporting users with system navigation, and escalating complex issues to development teams. You will maintain documentation and follow standard support procedures while learning SAP EC Time to prepare for supporting the new time solution.

The ideal candidate must have experience with UKG Pro WFM or Kronos, along with knowledge or experience working with Databricks or SQL. Exposure to HR systems or time & attendance solutions is required. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, with willingness to learn and work in a global support environment. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
