* As a Business Analyst (BA), you will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. You will play a key role in Agile delivery by ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Requirements
Key skills required:
* 4–10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
* Proven experience in requirement gathering, user story writing, and backlog management
* Experience working with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements
* Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
* Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous
Experience:
* Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and basic understanding of scripting (optional: Python/Shell)
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
