Job Title: Data Analyst, Service Operations Company: Tesla Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: What You'll Do - Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and platforms that give end\-to\-end visibility into service operations across multiple regions. - Develop Python\-based automation scripts (with AI tooling) and data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and simulation modeling. - Support leadership with dashboards, ad\-hoc analyses, risk assessments, and quarterly operational summaries. - Independently manage multiple analytical projects, platform builds, and data support requests, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can present insights to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Able to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects at once. What You'll Bring - Professional experience in data analytics, service operations, business analysis, or financial operations is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, and/or data interpretation. Formal finance training is not required. Preferred / Nice To Have - Experience with Python for data processing, automation, or statistical modeling. - Hands\-on experience using AI/LLM tools to improve analytics and automation workflows. - Experience in automotive after\-sales, service operations, or a similar field. Relevant areas include parts and inventory, warranty, labor and pricing, service center capacity, and customer satisfaction. - Experience with forecasting, scenario or simulation modeling, and budget or variance analysis.
