Job Title: CDP - Data Analyst Company: Tekion Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner in leveraging data to drive business insights, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to design, develop, and deliver analytical solutions that influence business decisions. Duties & Responsibilities: * Performs data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making. * Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to communicate data findings effectively. * Conducts deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights, trends, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. * Collaborates with stakeholders to gather data requirements and develop models or frameworks that support forecasting, segmentation, and scenario analysis. * Ensures data accuracy and integrity by developing and enforcing quality control procedures and validation techniques. * Partners with engineering and data teams to improve data infrastructure and optimize access to clean, structured datasets. * Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear business narratives supported by data. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field * Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen * Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences * Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams Key Skills: Data Science, SQL, Statistics, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Power BI, Tableau Salary: INR 480000 - 750000 per yearly
