You will partner with business teams to identify high‑impact use cases, support AI/ML initiatives, and ensure data quality across telecom and related industries. * Define KPIs and set up performance dashboards. * Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. * Develop compelling narratives and executive summaries that connect data trends to business performance. * Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations. Project Management \& Collaboration * Organise, priorities, and manage tasks across multiple stakeholders in measurement workstreams. * Lead dashboard development with junior analysts and performance/finance teams. * Collaborate across business functions to align analyses with priorities and recommend data‑driven solutions. * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik). * Monitor dashboard performance and implement improvements for accuracy and visualization quality. * Collaborate with business users to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights. * Develop and manage data pipelines integrating Snowflake with other sources and APIs. * Optimise Snowflake queries and warehouse performance. * Work with APIs to fetch, transform, and load data into Snowflake. * Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or bugs in dashboards and databases. * Implement validation checks and monitoring processes. * Utilise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and deployment. * Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud‑based data solutions. * Write complex SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and analysis. * Perform profiling, cleansing, and validation using SQL and scripting tools. * Support ad‑hoc business queries and generate insights from structured and semi‑structured data. 10 years in analytics, data strategy, or performance management roles Open for Onsite Role\- * SQL * Business Analytics / Data Analytics * Snowflake * Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Qlik * KPI Development and Dashboard Reporting * Data Pipelines and API Integration * Data Quality and Data Manipulation * Cloud Platforms — AWS / Azure / GCP Work Location: WP. Experience * You have strong SQL and data manipulation skills. * You have proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik. * You have experience integrating Snowflake with APIs and managing data pipelines. * You have knowledge of telecom data sources (CRM, network, billing, customer touchpoints). * You have familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * You can identify high‑impact AI/ML use cases such as churn prediction, upsell/cross‑sell, and customer segmentation.
