Data Scientist AIML

The Data Scientist will have real-time industry experience working in the Data Science ecosystem and Machine Learning development. The role involves working on development of end-to-end AI applications at an enterprise level, testing and verifying AI applications, strong experience with Python application development, expertise in at least one Generative AI and LLM package, experience in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning, familiarity with Data Science Life cycle methodology, DevOps Principles, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, AI Safety principles, Data Governance principles, and Machine Learning development using cloud platforms. The team fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged across all levels.

6+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning with expertise in Python and Generative AI/LLM models. Skilled in prompt engineering and RAG. Experience with DevOps and AI safety principles. Any Graduate qualification. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
