About the role GrainCorp is currently seeking a Business Systems Manager to Lead a team of Business Systems and Support Analysts to support and improve SAP SuccessFactors applications and associated solutions. The responsibilities of the role will include: * Work closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement improvement opportunities across your area of responsibility * Lead involvement in defining and implementing the future of the transactional landscape * Provide application support governance, continuous improvement, and application portfolio ownership to maintain key business applications uptime * Manage IT service management incidents, problems, service requests and enhancements * Work with developers and external vendors to provide the most effective and efficient solution to meet the business need * Co\-ordinate system testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions, production changes and upgrades to applications Work Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia Availability: Full time
